Pharmacy BenefitDirect, a leading pharmacy benefits administrator based near Youngstown, OH, is looking for an experienced technical sales professional to expand our client roster.
The successful candidate must demonstrate success in managed care pharmacy / PBM sales; experience in negotiation and proposal writing; and an ability to work as part of a team of programming and benefits professionals. Existing relationships with pharmacy consultants / brokers helpful.
Job requirements and duties:
- Experience within the PBM / pharmacy industry
- Develop and fulfill strategic sales / marketing plans
- Support RFP development process and lead finalist presentations
- Excellent computer skills; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Travel required
